Full Refund: Students who cancel their behind-the-wheel (BTW) session at least 16 business hours in advance (by 5:00 PM) are eligible for a full refund of the paid session fee.

Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made less than 16 business hours before the scheduled session, a $60 late cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

Transaction Fees: Please note that any credit card transaction fees are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time.
