Full Refund: Students who cancel their behind-the-wheel (BTW) session with the required notice are eligible for a refund of the paid session fee, less any non-refundable transaction fees. Weekday appointments (Monday–Friday) require at least 2 business days’ notice. Weekend appointments (Saturday–Sunday) require at least 72 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellation:Cancellations made without the required notice incur a $65 fee.

No-Show: The instructor will wait up to 30 minutes. If the student does not arrive within 30 minutes, a $90 no-show fee will apply.

Transaction Fees: Please note that any credit card transaction fees are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time.
